Hi! This is my super very first blog post in the whole wide world. In this blog post, I will give all the details I need for my super very first blog post in the whole wide world.
My name is Gabriel Delfin V. Gonzales. Gabriel is the name of the angel who appeared to Mary to announce her giving birth to Jesus. The name Gabriel originally came from Hebrew Gavri’el meaning God is my strength. Delfin is a Greek word meaning dolphin. It is also the name of my father, my grandfather, and my brother (whose name is Uriel Delfin, another angel). V is my middle initial, which stands for Vasquez (meaning the son of Vasco). My last name is Gonzales (meaning the son of Gonzalo).
As of January 29, 2020, at around 5:18PM UTC+8, I am currently in Grade 12 of my senior high school.
As of January 29, 2020, at around 5:19pm UTC+8, I am currently enrolled in the Academic track of senior high school, specifically in the ABM strand.
As of January 29, 2020, at around 5:21pm UTC+8, I am currently studying in Saint Paul College of Parañaque, PAASCU Accredited Level III, Basic Education Department, in the Senior High School Unit.
According to the summary statement in the resume I plan to submit tomorrow, January 30, 2020:
I am a flexible and customer-oriented employee who can add value to the company by working diligently independently or with a team, utilizing acquired skills and knowledge in the field.
Of course, this doesn’t really paint a good picture of who I really am, but I guess you can guess a bit about me just based on how I wrote this blog post.
I am truly scared that a bit of my privacy dies along with the publishing of this post online, since I included some important details about myself in this post, making me even more prone to identity theft and the like. But whatever, I already gave some of these details many times to many companies, so I guess the idea of privacy is just an illusion these days.
That’s it! A little preview of myself in my first (and probably last) blog post in this blogging blog website. Thank you for taking the time to read it.

Yours in Saint La Salle,
Gabriel Delfin V. Gonzales
This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.
You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.
Why do this?
The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.
To help you get started, here are a few questions:
You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
